1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the com444 website accessible at com444.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, and payment facilities made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you upon successful completion of the com444 registration process.

2 Acceptance of Terms

com444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by com444 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the com444 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. com444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. com444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified com444 of unauthorised access.

KYC verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed. com444 may request copies of a government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. These requirements are applied uniformly and are not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Account holder.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on com444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (for example JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, for which com444 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your Account balance instantaneously. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK are typically processed within one business day, subject to the operating hours and policies of the respective financial institution. Raast transfers settle in accordance with the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast interbank settlement timelines.

Withdrawal requests are processed by com444 within the timeframe published in the cashier section of the Platform. com444 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• com444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account at any time.
• Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• com444 does not accept credit card deposits. Deposits must originate from payment instruments legally and beneficially owned by the Account holder.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

com444 offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all com444 promotions:

7 Gaming Rules & Bet Settlement

All casino games available on the com444 Platform are provided by certified third-party software studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern the specific game outcome.

All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the com444 sportsbook rules published on the Platform. com444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously erroneous price or on a market that was offered due to a technical error. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, com444's decision, made after review of available data, shall be final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the com444 Platform, including but not limited to the com444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, sportsbook presentation, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of com444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of com444.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting com444 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which com444 holds its international gaming authorisation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and com444 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.
